Introductory Offers

  • Our ‘Intro Offers’ are a one-time offer and are only available to new clients. You may purchase one or the other.

  • The ‘8 Day Intro’ offer is only available to new clients and includes unlimited classes over a consecutive 8 day period.

  • The ‘1 Month Unlimited Intro’ offer is only available to new clients. Once purchased the offer entitles you to one calendar month of unlimited classes.

  • Fees: Flourish Yoga absorbs all payment processing fees charged by Ezidebit (payment processors), so the price you see is the price you pay. If however, a direct debit payment is declined, it will need to be redone by bank transfer so the fees are not charged to us twice.

  • The Introductory passes begin on the date of your first visit

  • The intro passes are not valid for workshops, courses or special events.

  • The Intro passes are non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.

5 and 10 Class Passes

  • Our Class Passes are all valid from date of first visit: for 2 months (5 class pass) and 4 months (10 class pass).

  • Class Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Fees: Flourish Yoga absorbs all payment processing fees charged by Ezidebit (payment processors), so the price you see is the price you pay. If however, a direct debit payment is declined, it will need to be redone by bank transfer so the fees are not charged to us twice.

  • Our pricing options are valid for all Yoga & Meditation classes on the timetable, but are not valid for workshops or special events (which can be booked separately).

  • Upon request, extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. This is at the discretion of the management. Please note we are unable to refund your class pass so please choose carefully.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel individual class sign ups and retain credit for the class if you cancel the class 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time.

  • Any classes cancelled after this will be deducted from the class pass. No refund is possible.

  • We are unable to refund drop-ins or class passes so please choose your pass carefully.

  • We are unable to offer refunds for workshop bookings. However, if we have more than 1 weeks’ notice, you can use the workshop credit against another workshop or class pass. After this time, no credit will be offered.

  • Please ensure you have sufficient funds when making payment, a dishonour fee may apply if payment is declined.

    Unlimited Monthly Class Passes

  • Monthly Class Pass packages give you unlimited access to all 60-minute, 75-minute Yoga and drop-in Meditation classes.

  • Workshops, courses and special events are not included but can be purchased separately

  • Upfront Unlimited Monthly Class Passes are valid from the date of first visit.

  • No extensions can be given

  • Fees: Flourish Yoga absorbs all payment processing fees charged by Ezidebit (payment processors), so the price you see is the price you pay. If however, a direct debit payment is declined, it will need to be redone by bank transfer so the fees are not charged to us twice.

  • Unlimited Monthly Class Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please choose your pass carefully as we are unable to issue refunds.

  • Unlimited Monthly Class Passes cannot be shared.

  • Please note that as we have limited spaces available, we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. If you are unable to make your class, please cancel it (even if its late) so we can give your space to someone else.

Direct Debit/Payment Terms

  • This membership allows you unlimited access to all classes on our regular studio class timetable and our online/livestream classes held via Zoom. In the event that Auckland has to return to level 3 restrictions (which means the studio must close), all classes will be online. 

  • Bring a new guest for free every month of your class pass validity (guests must not have previously visited Flourish Yoga). Your guest must register for their own account and email us which class they wish to attend for free.

  • Going away for a holiday? You can pause your membership once in every 6 month period and resume it when you return.
    Simply email us your holiday dates so that we can suspend the pass for you. Passes will all be automatically paused over the Christmas break for any days we are closed (you can still pause your pass one time outside of this).

  • Payment: This is an unlimited fortnightly membership, and as such payments ($70) will be direct debited from your account/card of choice every 2 weeks (14 days) for the contract term of 6 months (equating to 24 payments).

  • Fees: Flourish Yoga absorbs all payment processing fees charged by Ezidebit (payment processors), so the price you see is the price you pay. If however, a direct debit payment is declined, it will need to be redone by bank transfer so the fees are not charged to us twice.

    We highly recommend using a card/account that always has sufficient funds in it so that you avoid any 'dishonour fees' charged by Ezidebit. Avoid the dishonour fees ($14.95) by ensuring that there are sufficient funds in your account on the due date of your direct debit, or on the date you make your payment.

    We do not charge or collect these fees - Ezidebit does - and as such, we are unable to refund any dishonour fees incurred due to insufficient funds at time of processing.

  • Contract length. You are signing up for a 6 month contract (which is the minimum membership length. You will have the option to cancel your Unlimited Membership at the end of the agreed package term (6 months). If you do not cancel, your class pass will automatically renew and roll over at the same price.

    If you do not wish your pass to roll over at the end of the 6 month contract, please contact us 2 weeks before the next payment is due so we can cancel it in time. Once a payment has been processed we are unable to provide a refund.

  • Early Cancellation. Any cancellation made before the end of the contract term will incur a charge equivalent to one months’ payment ($140). After the end of the contract (6 months) there is no charge to cancel your membership. 

  • Flourish Yoga reserves the right to withdraw special Unlimited Class Pass rates for any reason, at any time. Class pass holders will be given one month’s notice in the event that the monthly rate changes.

Privacy

Flourish Yoga do not, nor will we ever, pass on your personal data to third parties. Flourish Yoga do not collect or hold any personal data on their systems.

Flourish Yoga uses Mind Body Online software, this is a third party software system used to manage bookings, payments and store information. All information is securely stored in Mind Body Online and is only available to authorised Flourish Yoga staff.

If you have selected you would like to subscribe to our newsletter and promotions, we will add your first name, last name and email address to our newsletter list, and will also send occasional targeted direct emails for upcoming events that we believe you may be interested in.

You may withdraw consent at any time by amending your account details by writing to us with any concerns or complaints at welcome@flourishyoga.co.nz
