Baby-friendly Postnatal Yoga

Join us for a yoga class especially for new mums, suitable from 6 weeks postnatal onwards (provided you have the all clear from your doctor or women’s health physiotherapist). This is a baby-friendly class for new mums, run as a weekly drop-in class, join anytime.

Give yourself some ‘me time’, heal and gently strengthen & stretch your postnatal body while connecting with other new mums. The gentle flows will open & stretch the body, help to realign the pelvis & spine and gently re-tone the pelvic floor & deeper core muscles.
