Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing with Reiki
Come on a magical sound journey - an evening of restorative yoga & meditation set to the divine sounds of the ‘Alchemy Bowls’; quartz crystals bowls melded in an alchemy of precious metals, minerals, gemstones and colour.
Give your body and mind a treat and celebrate the new moon at this unique event, and indulge in a detoxifying sequence of restorative yoga poses and grounding meditations, while you are transported on a sound journey.

Soundbath
Come join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative evening.
The frequencies of the crystal bowls slow your mind by shifting your brainwaves from highly alert to deeply relaxed (similar to that of deep sleep). Pulling you into a rest and digest state and "switching off" (down regulating) your fight/flight stress response.
There is no experience required for this event!
Whether you're new to sound baths or have attended before, this session welcomes all — simply come as you are, get comfortable, and let the soothing sounds do the rest. Leave feeling grounded, relaxed and deeply nourished.

Soul Stillness: A Winter Yoga Nidra Ritual
Join Nicole for a deeply restorative afternoon of guided rest and reflection.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep” or NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) is a meditative practice that invites the body into a deeply relaxed state, supporting better sleep, reduced stress, improved clarity, and emotional balance.
This session is designed to help students unwind, ground, and reconnect as we move through the colder months. Think of it as the ultimate afternoon ritual of self-care and nervous system nourishment. We'll finish with a short sound journey and space for gentle journaling and reflection, and everyone will be encouraged to bring a journal.

Friday Night In – Rest, Reset & Recharge
‘Friday Night In’ is an evening designed to help you step away from the demands of the working week and transition into the weekend feeling calmer, clearer and restored.
If your days are filled with decision-making, mental load and constant activity, this session offers an opportunity to pause, slow down and reset — physically, mentally and emotionally.
The evening is held the 3rd Friday of every month, in a small, supportive group. You’ll be guided, by host Lauren, through evidence-informed practices that support nervous system regulation, relaxation and sustainable wellbeing.
This session includes:
• Pranayama (guided breathwork), Gentle Yin & Restorative Yoga
• Mini neck and shoulder massage and Reiki energy healing
• Deep guided meditation / Yoga Nidra
• Optional tea, informal chats and chocolate to finish
