Prenatal Yoga is encouraged by doctors, midwives and doulas, and is considered one of the safest forms of exercise during pregnancy.

Learn calming mindfulness & breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth, connect with other mums to be and move slowly & safely through nourishing yoga poses. Treat yourself during this special time.
