The new way to spend your Saturday night

Join Justin for a 90 minute Pop Up Yin Yang Yoga Class!

In this special Saturday night pop up class, Justin will be blending 2 styles of yoga in a single session.

We’ll start with gentle breath work to centre body and mind, then move into a fun but fiery and energising Hatha flow; the Yang part of this practise evokes strength, power and heat.

Then, to balance the Yang and calm both body and mind, a relaxing Yin practice will follow. Making the most of the warmth generated from our flow to benefit the joints, relax the muscles and to get deep into the connective tissues.

This Pop-up class is suitable for everyone (except pregnancy), all equipment provided as well as energising tea, (Justin’s own blend!), relaxing essential oils and candles.
