Move Breathe Sweat

Hatha Flow is a dynamic, heat building practise in which we synchronise every movement and every transition with the breath. This means we move through our sequence a little quicker, building heat in the body, and moving through a full repertoire of poses.

This challenging, yet accessible practise becomes a moving meditation as we build a sequence of poses and transitions throughout our session.

We incorporate prep for inversions and arm balances in our flow classes, and for those that want to try them, the full poses. This makes for a strengthening practise, but also one that increases flexibility and joint mobility.

We make this practise as accessible as possible so options and modifications are offered, but we don’t recommend it for complete beginners or pregnancy.
