The Reconnect & Flourish Retreat is a day dedicated to YOU and your wellness. A day where you will feel safe to reflect, release, and reconnect back to who YOU really ARE.

These days it is all too easy to feel disconnected, stressed, and overwhelmed with the busy nature of our lives. We go through the motions to get through the day to day stuff, but how many of us are living the lives we really want to be living?

This is the epidemic of our time.

Using the power of mindfulness, personal reflection, dreaming, and action setting, you will discover who your Best Self really is. You will carve out time to step back and discover what’s serving you and what’s holding you back in life. Once you’ve had the time to truly reflect, you will then create a vision of what you most want for yourself and what you want your life to look like. Once we’ve created a really powerful vision to inspire you, you will create a plan to bring it to reality.

Throughout the day Tash will lead you through powerful meditations, inner reflection and personal exercises that will leave you feeling clearer, calmer, with a lot more space within yourself.

Emma will guide meditations throughout the day, and take you through a beautiful Hatha Flow in the morning (accessible for all levels), that will help you bring awareness to your body and show you the power that awareness, breath and mindfulness can bring to your life.

We will then end the day with a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga session; incorporating breath-work techniques and a soothing sound bath to leave you feeling truly grounded and give you a total nervous system reset.

  • Over 2 hours of Yoga with Emma (Hatha flow & Restorative - both suitable for beginners)

  • Inner Reflection and Exploration Exercises

  • Vision & Goal Setting Session

  • Insights into your mindset and how to overcome blocks

  • A guided Mindful walk on beautiful Takapuna beach

  • Coaching moments with Tash throughout the day

  • A Sound Bath facilitated by Emma

You will also receive:

  1. Tea + snacks provided throughout the day

  2. Catered lunch (vegetarian/vegan)

  3. Workbook + tools to take away and keep using

  4. Journal + pen
