~The art of life is a constant readjustment to our surroundings~
K. Okakaura
Level two is here and with it comes several changes to the way we run our in-studio classes.
Bookings
-Bookings and payments need to be done online, prior to coming to the studio. If you do not wish to pay by card you are welcome to do a bank transfer (with your name as the reference) and we can upload your pass.
-We limit our class numbers anyway, but during level 2 class numbers will be further restricted to allow for 1 metre between each mat. If you book a class then cannot attend, please kindly cancel your place with enough notice so that we can fill the spot.
-Contact tracing comes from your bookings on Mind Body Online, so please make sure your contact details are correct. Please also sign in using the QR code displayed.
- If you are unwell, please do not come into the studio. We can send you the link for the online version of the class, or send you a link for a pre-recorded class so you can practise at home.
BYO Equipment
-Please bring your own mat and props if you have them (even a towel to cover our mats). We will be disinfecting our props between classes.
We do have a few eye bags and bolsters for sale. Let us know if you’d like one.
-We will have markings on the floor so it’s clear where you can place your mat for class.
Keeping It Clean
-We will be cleaning all studio surfaces (floors, door handles, benches etc) after each class. Even if not used, soft surfaces will be sprayed with a disinfectant spray.
-Hand sanitiser is located right by the studio door. Please use it each time you come through the doors (even if you just pop out to the loo!).
-Soap is located in both toilets and in the studio for hand washing.
Good to know
-If possible, please come along to class ready to flow, with minimal belongings. There is space to store a few items at the back of the studio (shoes/keys/phones etc).
-Our teachers will not be walking around the studio or offerings hands-on adjustments at this time
-We are still running 5 online classes per week, so you are welcome to join us via Zoom if you do not want to (or cannot) come into the studio.
-We will not be offering tea or water at this time so please bring water with you. We look forward to the day we can stick the kettle on and enjoy a cuppa with all of you!
